The term takes on diff meanings

To diff groups

One group will look at this as a time waster

More appropriate to relabel the term to Team Waste.

Another group will look at this as a conflict of personalities

Perhaps a better name for this team would be ‘The Clash’…. after all, it was a decent band name.

For the healthy team, the term takes on a collaborative effort.

They look forward to the creativity it brings

The fleshing out of ideas, chatting, collaborating, and most importantly moving forward

Likely the team does not feel any of this would be labeled as ‘work’ in the least.

The project is fun, exciting. Exhilarating.
