What better way to start the New Year then with a book pick
I have been wanting to read Atomic Habits
Well, I started that book this week and LOVE it!
And this is the best time to read it
Why?
It gives a completely different and simple perspective on habits and achievments
And isn’t that what we all think about now that the year is coming to a close?
What did I achieve?
What didn’t I achieve?
Where did that 9 months in a pandemic go?
The book gives you ways to break that down and make simple changes.
