We look at our habits and what we achieve

It becomes standard

Routine

And we hit road blocks

Emotional road blocks

And we want to give up

Throw in the towel

Walk away

Yet, we get up the next day

And go back in the ring

Build in your bad days

How?

Schedule them

Take that day to process, relax, reenergize

And yes, if you need to, get that bad mood out

For me it’s all day music.
