Oh the places you’ll go….or will you?

One of my fav Dr. Seuss books, but there are so many good ones

He wrote about life

All the choices, places, directions it can lead us

It’s the confidence he wrote them with

They are simple

Yet we all stray off that path

So we end up back where we started puzzled

Not once.

Not twice.

But many times over.

What if we actually focused on that goal.

Took that chance.

Well….

For me it was picking up a gig this weekend.

All because I continue to put myself out there time and time again.

I’m not the best vocalist I could be.

But I do show up.

I do practice.

And I do want to go places.
