Boundaries. Set em.

Many times we feel obligated.

To be the first one to text, to rearrange our schedules, to help others, etc.

Healthy relationships have boundaries.

They communicate. You are worth my time. I am worth yours.

Balanced.

If you feel you are always the one giving and the relationship is exhausting, it may just be time to set a few boundaries.

They are not hard, and people will respect them.

People who matter.

Many times we don’t see that someone is not pushing us to be a better version of ourselves.

Real friends/connections do that

Boundaries. Set em.

Your better version of you will thank you for that.
